Martin Bryant was the man responsible for one of the worst mass shootings in the world. He shot 12 people in 15 seconds, ultimately killing 35 people and wounding 23 in the small Australian town of Port Arthur.
His actions were so vile it changed the gun culture in Australia when then Prime Minister John Howard introduced the gun buy back scheme.
